To Cancel a Distribution Order

Should a complete distribution order need to be cancelled, the cancel function can be used.

The distribution order status must be set to Approved.

Using one of the search methods, locate and double click on the distribution order number.
The Distribution Order form opens in the Content pane.
Select the Action Bar Cancel icon.
This action sets the distribution status to Cancelled.
